Coronavirus Official Statement from Pass N Go

Dear Customers,
We are sure many of you will be concerned by the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and you’ll have many questions regarding what to do and what this means in regards to your driving lessons and tests.
For Pass N Go Driving School it is business as usual and we’re working hard with our driving instructors to stay ahead of the situation and we’re trying help protect our students and our driving instructors during this pandemic. All Pass N Go Driving instructors have been advised to put stringent cleaning methods in place in order to keep you progressing in your learning, so please don’t be offended if you’re asked you to wash your hands or use sanitizer before getting in to the learning car.
To help Pass N Go keep our driving instructors and other students safe we need your help, please inform your driving instructor if you do experience any symptoms, have come in contact with someone who is showing symptoms or recently travelled from a high-risk infectious region.
If you do have a theory or practical test booked the DVSA has advised to all Driving instructors to not bring a student to a test in the next week if yourself or your Instructor feels unwell. the DVSA will rebook your pupil’s test free of charge if it has to be cancelled or changed because of Coronavirus. This includes if it’s done at short notice (within three clear working days of the test). If the DVSA have cancelled your test or If you are unsure of this please call our office on 0333 207 0663 for advice.
